Donna Klagholz is the President and founder of Donna D. Klagholz, Ph.D. & Associates, LLC, as well as co-founder and Board President of The Mary C. Jackson Center for Family Research. With Master's Degrees in Special Education and Psychology and a Ph.D. in Developmental Psychology, Dr. Klagholz has cultivated expertise in program development and research design targeting early childhood development, child abuse prevention, education and social resiliency, school readiness, violence and substance abuse prevention, and health care for the uninsured. Dr. Klagholz has extensive experience serving on local, state, and national committees that developed national and statewide policies, conducted strategic planning and advocacy, and coordinated services across programs. In addition, Dr. Klagholz serves as adjunct professor in the School of Social Work at George Mason University.
