Design and implementation of an evaluation for a school readiness pilot in Montgomery County. Responsibilities include identification of measures, evaluation plan, tracking participants, and reporting. Healthy Families Maryland State Evaluation (2001-2003). Overall coordination of statewide evaluation of 15 Healthy Families sites throughout the state in collaboration with the University of Maryland-School of Nursing; and cost benefit analysis of Healthy Families initiative.
