Co-author of grant and evaluator of project integrating behavior health services into primary care clinics serving the uninsured and under-insured in Montgomery County.

Community Access Program (2001-present). The Primary Care Coalition, Silver Spring, Maryland. Evaluation of Health Care Access and Coordination grant program funded by Health Resources Services Administration (HRSA). Responsibilities include development of process and outcome evaluation; development of logic model; refinement of goals and objectives; identification of measures and data elements to support goals and objectives; implementation of evaluation plan; and reporting.
